The client

ASC (Records) South, a defence records establishment in South Bengaluru.

What they needed

A records office runs on paperwork and on people sitting at desks all day, so the brief was straightforward and demanding at the same time: rows of individual workstations that give each clerk a defined, screened space, storage that locks, and a partition run to separate the working area from the approach. All of it had to be robust enough for a government office, where furniture is expected to serve for years rather than for a lease term.

What we supplied

• Single-side modular workstations with fabric-and-laminate screens in a blue and white scheme
• Cable grommets on every worksurface and sliding keyboard trays below
• Lockable three-drawer mobile pedestals, one per seat
• A free-standing partition and counter run in the same panel system

The detail that matters

Everything is one panel system. The workstation screens, the modesty panels and the free-standing partition run all use the same tile, the same trim and the same blue fabric, so the room reads as a single scheme rather than a collection of purchases. When the office adds seats later, the same drawings and the same laminate codes produce a matching unit.

Panels were cut, edge-banded and bored at our Bommanahalli workshop, the frames powder coated, and the whole installation fitted by our own crew in August 2026.
