Restaurant Furniture Manufacturer in Bengaluru

Restaurant furniture has to do two contradictory things: look good enough that people want to sit down, and be tough enough to survive several hundred people a day sitting down. It also has to fit a covers target, because every table you cannot fit is revenue you do not earn.

We are a direct restaurant furniture manufacturer in Bengaluru, building commercial restaurant tables and chairs in our own workshop on Hosur Road — no reseller markup, and a specification set for daily commercial use rather than a home. Round and rectangular tables, canteen and cafeteria tables, booth and banquette seating, bar and counter-height tables, and service counters. Built to size, in your finish, for the actual floor plan rather than a standard layout.

Commercial restaurant tables and chairs

The mix of shapes is what makes a room seat its covers, so we rarely build a room from one size alone.

Round tables

The most sociable shape and the most forgiving of an odd-shaped floor. A round table seats an extra person at a pinch without anyone sitting at a corner. Available in two-seat, four-seat and six-seat diameters.

Rectangular tables

More efficient against a wall and the only sensible choice if you need to push tables together for a group booking. Rectangular tables are what let a room flex between covers of two and covers of twelve.

Cafe and canteen tables

High-turnover seating for cafes, corporate cafeterias, institutional canteens and industrial mess halls. Usually longer runs, often with attached bench seating so the whole unit moves as one and the floor sweeps clean underneath.

Restaurant booth and banquette seating

Fixed upholstered seating along a wall. Booth and banquette seating seats more people per metre than free-standing chairs, does not get dragged around, and keeps a room looking ordered through a busy service. It is the format that most changes how a fit-out feels.

Bar and counter-height tables

Tall tables for standing zones, waiting areas and bar counters, on weighted or floor-fixed bases.

Service and billing counters

Service counters, billing counters and buffet counters, built to your service flow.

Specifying furniture built for commercial use

  • Start from covers. Decide how many people the room needs to seat at peak, then work back to table sizes. Buying furniture first and counting covers afterwards is how rooms end up feeling cramped.
  • Circulation. Leave enough clearance behind a seated diner for staff to pass with plates. This is the dimension most often squeezed and most often regretted.
  • Turnover speed. Fast-turnover formats want wipeable, hard-wearing surfaces and seating that is comfortable for thirty minutes. Longer-dwell restaurants can justify softer, more expensive seating.
  • Base type. Pedestal bases give diners more legroom and are easier to clean around than four-leg tables. Four-leg tables are more stable when pushed together.
  • Weight. Tables that staff reconfigure nightly should be liftable. Tables that should never move can be heavier or floor-fixed.
  • Outdoor exposure. Anything in a semi-open area sees rain and sun. Tell us at drawing stage, because the frame and surface specification changes.

Materials and finishes

Table frames and bases are fabricated in mild steel section, welded and powder coated in your choice of finish. Powder coating handles the constant wiping that commercial furniture receives far better than paint does.

Tops are available in laminate over an engineered core, with edge treatment chosen for how hard the table will be knocked — a busy canteen edge needs more protection than a quiet cafe one. Seating is supplied in fabric, leatherette or moulded shells depending on format and cleaning regime; leatherette is the practical default anywhere food is served, because it wipes.

Finishes can be matched to a brand palette. If you have a designer’s scheme, send it to us and we match to it in manufacture rather than approximating afterwards.

Who this suits

Restaurants and cafes fitting out or refitting; corporate cafeterias and office pantries; institutional and industrial canteens; and cloud-kitchen or QSR operators who need repeatable furniture across multiple outlets. Multi-outlet operators benefit particularly from a manufacturer relationship — the second outlet can be built to exactly the same specification as the first, years later.

We build in our Bommanahalli workshop, deliver across Bengaluru from Indiranagar to the Electronic City belt, and supply restaurants and cafes across India.

Why buy direct

Table sizes, heights, base styles, top finishes and upholstery are all set per project. Because we build in our own workshop, a non-standard table size costs no more trouble than a standard one, which means the layout can be designed around the room instead of the room being designed around available table sizes.

For larger orders we produce a sample table and chair for approval before the full run. Put it in the space, sit at it, and check the height against your service counter before we cut the rest.
