The client

The Taluk Office at Kunigal, in Tumakuru district — a Karnataka government administrative office serving the public every working day.

What they needed

Individual, screened workstations for the office staff, installed in an existing government building rather than a fresh fit-out. That set the terms: the furniture had to be made to the corridors and rooms as they are, sit against the building’s existing granite dado, and hold up to public-facing government use for years.

What we supplied

• Single-seat modular workstations with a walnut-finish laminate and matching wood-grain screen tiles, with grey and white infill panels
• Sliding keyboard trays and cable grommets on every worksurface
• A lockable three-drawer pedestal at each seat, finished to match the worksurface
• Units built as a run along the walls and as back-to-back pairs where the room allowed

The detail that matters

A walnut scheme was chosen over the usual grey office palette so the furniture sits comfortably with the building’s timber doors and dark granite dado instead of fighting them. Because every unit is the same panel system in the same finish, the office can add seats later and get an exact match — the drawings and laminate codes stay on file at the workshop.

Panels were cut, edge-banded and bored at our Bommanahalli workshop, delivered to Kunigal and installed by our own crew in August 2026.
