Modular Furniture
Modular Office Furniture Manufacturer in Bengaluru
Modular office furniture manufacturer in Bengaluru — office partitions, workstation systems, modular desks and storage built to size in our workshop.
Manufactured at our own unit in #336/10, Hosur Road, near ICICI Bank, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru — no reseller markup.
Modular office furniture, made in our own workshop
Modular furniture is built as a set of standardised units that combine to fit a specific space. The units are repeatable, which keeps quality consistent and cost predictable; the arrangement is bespoke, which is what makes it fit a real floor plate. That combination is the entire argument for modular over site-built carpentry.
As a direct modular office furniture manufacturer in Bengaluru, we fabricate everything at our own workshop on Hosur Road, Bommanahalli — office partition and workstation systems, modular desks and storage units, cabins, credenzas and conference tables. There is no reseller markup between the workshop and your floor, and no third party to blame when a dimension has to be non-standard. We measure the room, make to that measurement, and install with our own team.
Office partition and workstation systems
Open-plan floors live or die on how the workstation grid is planned. We build linear, cluster and back-to-back workstation layouts from a component system, with partition screens that carry power and data along the run rather than dropping it awkwardly from above.
- Modular workstations and cubicles in 2-, 4- and 6-seat clusters, with tile, fabric-panel or glazed screens.
- Partition heights to suit the brief — low screens where a floor should feel open, taller panels where teams need acoustic and visual separation.
- Reconfigurable by design. Because the system is component-based, a bay can be added, split or moved when headcount changes, instead of being ripped out.
Modular office desks and storage units
Desking and storage are specified together so the finish, height and edge detail match across the floor.
Manager and cabin desks
Single-user desks and cabin desking with return units, integrated pedestals and clean cable routing. Sized to the cabin, not to a catalogue.
Storage cabinets and credenzas
Lockable low storage, full-height cupboards, side units and credenzas for homes and offices. Configured for files, personal storage or display as the room requires.
Conference tables
Rectangular, oval and contemporary shapes with integrated cable and power routing for meeting and boardrooms.
Institutional storage
Lockers, file storage and lab storage for schools, colleges and offices standardising storage across a campus.
Custom modular workstations for offices, and when a hybrid is smarter
Commercial modular furniture is the right answer when the floor is a normal shape, when you may want to reconfigure later, and when you want consistent factory finish quality. It is manufactured in controlled conditions, delivered finished and assembled on site — far less dust and disruption than site carpentry.
It is a weaker fit where a space is genuinely irregular: sloping soffits, deep unusual niches, curved walls. In those cases a hybrid works best — modular units for the bulk of the run, with purpose-made fillers and end panels handling the awkward geometry. We build both, so we have no reason to push you toward one when the other is right.
Specifying modular office furniture
- Measure the room, not the drawing. Builder drawings and finished buildings differ. We measure on site before cutting.
- Plan storage around what teams actually keep. Standard internal layouts are a guess; a measured brief is not.
- Decide finishes as a family. A limited palette used consistently looks deliberate. A wide one looks accidental.
- Hardware is the long-term decision. Hinges, channels and sliding gear are what fail first if under-specified. Ask what you are being quoted and why.
- Services first. Sockets, switches and any floor boxes must be fixed in position before manufacture.
Materials and finishes
Carcasses are built in engineered board, specified for the conditions of the room, with all exposed edges edge-banded. Shutters and panels are available in laminate, acrylic and membrane finishes across matte and gloss options. Metal-framed items — workstation legs, partition frames, lockers and institutional storage — are fabricated in mild steel section, welded and powder coated, with the coating matched to a brand or scheme colour where needed.
Who this suits
Offices and IT floors needing desking and storage that can be reconfigured as teams change; homeowners furnishing an apartment or independent house; and schools, colleges and labs standardising storage across a campus. We work with individual clients as well as with contractors and interior designers who need a manufacturer that can hold a specification across repeat orders. Our installation teams cover Bommanahalli, HSR Layout and the wider Bengaluru area, and we supply modular furniture to clients across India.
Talk to us
Send us your floor plan or room dimensions and what you need to seat and store, and we will come back with a layout and a quote. Because we manufacture directly, a non-standard dimension is a normal instruction to the workshop rather than a special order with a premium and a wait.
